Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co I
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a shell company formed to raise money from public investors and then find a private business to buy, taking it public. Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co was created by Vinod Khosla's venture capital firm in California and named after it, and it later merged with NEXTracker, a maker of solar-tracking systems used in utility-scale solar power plants around the world. The deal took NEXTracker public under its own name, keeping the "KVAC" ticker era brief in favor of the operating company's brand.
