A Chinese technology company behind BOSS Zhipin, one of the country's largest online job-hunting platforms, where job seekers message hiring managers and company bosses directly instead of only sending résumés into a black hole. Founded in 2014 by Zhao Peng, the app's name literally means "Boss Direct Recruit," reflecting its twist on traditional job boards — letting applicants and employers talk one-on-one from the very start. The company listed its shares on the Nasdaq in 2021.
