We are not currently a party to, nor is our property currently subject to, any material legal proceedings, nor are we involved in any legal proceedings the outcome of which we believe would have a material adverse effect on our financial condition or results of operations based on the status of the proceedings at this time. We are not aware of any governmental inquiries or investigations into our business.
