Landcadia Holdings IV Inc
A "blank check" special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, that raised money from investors to hunt for a private business to buy and take public, focusing on consumer, dining, hospitality, and gaming companies. It was the fourth Landcadia vehicle co-sponsored by billionaire Tilman Fertitta — owner of the Landry's restaurant empire and the Houston Rockets — and the investment bank Jefferies, and it began life in 2020 under the name JFG Holding I LLC. The company never found a merger target and was eventually wound down and liquidated.
