Liberty Property Trust
A real estate investment trust that developed and managed industrial warehouses and suburban office parks across the United States. It grew out of Rouse & Associates, founded in 1972 by Bill Rouse and partners, and took the name Liberty Property Trust when it went public in 1994 — "Liberty" nodding to its Philadelphia roots, where it built One Liberty Place, the first skyscraper to rise above City Hall. In 2020 it was folded into the logistics giant Prologis.
