Lumine Group Inc

A Canadian software buyer that acquires, strengthens and holds mission-critical software businesses serving the telecommunications, media and broadcast industries. It began in 2014 as a unit within Constellation Software's Volaris Group, was officially branded Lumine in 2020, and spun out as its own public company in 2023. Its name comes from the Latin for "light," chosen to signal its mission of "illuminating" the potential of the companies it buys — and it never sells the firms it acquires.
