Mgm Growth Properties LLC
A real estate investment trust that owned big Las Vegas and regional casino resorts—including The Mirage, Mandalay Bay, and Luxor—and leased them back to MGM Resorts, which kept running the hotels and casinos under long-term agreements. It was spun off from MGM Resorts International in 2015, with its name simply tying it to the famous MGM lion and its parent. In 2022 the company was folded into fellow REIT VICI Properties, which took over the properties.
Class A Common Shares — Acquired by VICI Properties Inc. on April 29, 2022
