Mobileye Global Inc.
A maker of computer-vision systems that help cars "see" the road, Mobileye builds the EyeQ chips and software behind driver-assistance features like automatic braking and lane-keeping in vehicles from dozens of automakers. Founded in 1999 in Jerusalem by a Hebrew University professor who championed the then-radical idea that a single camera plus clever software could match expensive radar systems, the company's name simply combines "mobile" and "eye." Intel bought it in 2017, and it returned to the stock market in 2022.
