Antero Midstream Gp LP
A midstream energy company that owns gathering pipelines, compressor stations, and water-handling facilities in West Virginia and Ohio, moving natural gas and water from the Marcellus and Utica shales for producer Antero Resources. Its roots trace to 2002, when founders Paul M. Rady and Glen C. Warren, Jr. formed Antero Resources after selling their earlier venture; the midstream arm launched in 2012 and was later folded into a single corporation. Despite its Denver headquarters, the name honors Mount Antero in the Colorado Rockies.
