New Senior Investment Group Inc.

A real estate investment trust that owned senior housing communities across the United States, focusing on private-pay independent living for middle-income seniors. It was formed in 2012 to hold senior housing properties spun out of Newcastle Investment Corp., and adopted the name New Senior Investment Group in 2014. In 2021 the company was acquired by Ventas, a larger healthcare real estate firm, and folded into its portfolio.
