Nextier Oilfield Solutions Inc
A U.S. oilfield services company that helps oil and gas operators complete and maintain their wells, offering hydraulic fracturing, wireline, cementing, and coiled tubing services. It was born in 2019 from a merger of equals between C&J Energy Services and Keane Group, and its name "NexTier" was chosen to signal pushing the business to the "next tier" of service. In 2023 it merged with Patterson-UTI Energy, and its completions business now lives on under the NexTier Completions brand.
