Northern Lights Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check" firm, formed in 2021 to find a cannabis-industry target to take public. In 2022 it merged with Safe Harbor Financial, a Denver fintech that helps cannabis businesses open bank accounts through partner credit unions. Its name nods to the famous Northern Lights cannabis strain—a fitting pick for a firm built around the plant.
