Nutrien Ltd.

A Canadian maker of crop nutrients, Nutrien mines and produces potash, nitrogen, and phosphate fertilizers and sells them to farmers worldwide through its Nutrien Ag Solutions retail network. It was born on January 1, 2018, from the "merger of equals" between PotashCorp, the world's largest potash producer, and Agrium, a big farm-retail chain. Its name is a play on "nutrient," and its roots stretch back through PotashCorp to a Saskatchewan Crown corporation created in 1975.
