Amc Robotics Corporation

A maker of autonomous robots and smart security gear, AMC Robotics builds the Kyro, a four-legged robot that patrols and inspects warehouses and industrial sites, alongside a line of YI-branded security cameras. The company grew out of YI Technology, founded in 2014 by Sean Da within Xiaomi's ecosystem before going independent. In December 2025 it went public on Nasdaq through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company.
