Our properties consist of owned and leased office facilities for sales, support, research and development, consulting and administrative personnel, totaling approximately 0.4 million square feet of owned facilities and approximately 3.2 million square feet of leased facilities. Owned Facilities Our headquarters is located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and it consists of approximately 232,000 square feet. The land upon which the buildings stand is leased from the University of Waterloo for a period of 49 years that began in December 2005, with an option to renew for an additional term of 49 years. The option to renew is exercisable by us upon providing written notice to the University of Waterloo not earlier than the 40th anniversary and not later than the 45th anniversary of the lease commencement date. Certain of the Company’s subsidiaries also own buildings in the U.S. and Canada with approximately 197,000 square feet as of June 30, 2026. These facilities are primarily used by the Company as data centers and office space.
