Opentable Inc

One of the world's largest restaurant reservation platforms, OpenTable lets diners book tables online at tens of thousands of restaurants across many countries while giving restaurants software to manage their reservations. It was founded in San Francisco in 1998 after co-founder Chuck Templeton watched his wife spend hours phoning restaurants to land a dinner reservation. Originally incorporated as easyeats.com, the company was renamed OpenTable in 1999 when it pivoted to its electronic reservation book, and it was later acquired by Booking Holdings.
