On March 19, 2026, the boards of Orange County Bancorp and its subsidiary Orange Bank & Trust Company amended the employment agreement with President and CEO Michael J. Gilfeather, extending it through March 31, 2029.
The Bank also amended the Gilfeather SERP Participation Agreement to provide a discretionary employer contribution of $125,000 for the 2028 Plan Year, which will cliff vest on March 30, 2029.
No other provisions of the Gilfeather SERP Participation Agreement were changed by the amendment.
The amendments will be filed as exhibits to the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2026.
