From time to time, we are involved in various legal proceedings arising in the ordinary course of our business. Financial Statements of Part I of this quarterly report on Form 10-Q, which discussion is incorporated herein by reference. We are not presently a party to any other legal proceedings the outcome of which, if determined adversely to us, would individually or in the aggregate materially affect our financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
