Pacifico Acquisition Corp.
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm that raises money through an initial public offering with the goal of merging with a private business and taking it public. Founded in 2021 by the team at Pacifico Financial Holdings, it completed its business combination in December 2022 with Caravelle Group, an ocean technology company, and the merged firm began trading on the Nasdaq as Caravelle International Group. Its name comes from the Latin "pacificus," meaning "peaceful" — the same root as the Pacific Ocean.
Common Stock — Merged with Caravelle Group; became CACO in December 2022
