Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a shell company that raises money from investors to later merge with a private business. Formed in Delaware in 2021, it aimed to find a partner in the space economy, transport, and technology, and was led by CEO Patricia Trompeter. Its name comes from the parsec, an astronomical unit of distance, fitting for a firm eyeing the space sector; it ultimately struck a deal with Enteractive Media, a gateway connecting consumers to gambling operators.
