Party City Holdco Inc

A specialty retailer of party supplies — balloons, decorations, tableware, and costumes — that grew into one of the largest party-goods chains in the United States. It was founded in 1986 by Steve Mandell, a former sales representative, who opened his first store in East Hanover, New Jersey, and named it Party City to make its purpose instantly clear. The company also owned Anagram, a major maker of foil balloons, and its stores became a go-to stop for birthdays, holidays, and celebrations nationwide.
