Phreesia, Inc.
A healthcare technology company that replaces the paper clipboard at the doctor's office. Phreesia's software lets patients check in, fill out registration and consent forms, and schedule appointments on their own phones or on office tablets, and it plugs into the electronic health record systems that clinics already use. Founded in 2005 by Chaim Indig and Evan Roberts to do away with the dreaded paper check-in, the company's name is a play on "freeing" — freeing staff from data entry and patients from repetitive paperwork.
