Pinnacle Entertainment Inc
A builder and operator of casino resorts across the United States, Pinnacle Entertainment ran properties like Ameristar, Boomtown, and Lumière Place that drew gamblers, diners, and concertgoers. Its roots go back to 1938, when movie mogul Jack Warner and partners including Walt Disney and Bing Crosby opened the Hollywood Park racetrack in California. The company traded horse racing for casinos, renamed itself Pinnacle in 2000, and was folded into Penn National Gaming in 2018.
