Relativity Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm formed to raise money and merge with an existing business. Incorporated in Delaware in December 2021 and based in Las Vegas, it hunted for a merger target before combining with Instinct Bio, a regenerative medicine and longevity company, in July 2026; the merged firm now trades on the Nasdaq as BIOT. Despite the name, it has no connection to the aerospace company Relativity Space.
