Exantas Capital Corp

A real estate investment trust that originated and managed commercial real estate debt, including transitional mortgage loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities. It began life in 2005 as Resource Capital Corp., then was rebranded Exantas Capital in 2016 after C-III Capital Partners took over its management. The name "Exantas" may come from an ancient Greek word meaning "blooming" or "flowering forth."
