Retail Opportunity Investments Corp.

A real estate investment trust that owns and manages grocery-anchored shopping centers in busy West Coast cities like Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco, Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. grew out of a blank-check company founded in 2009 and took its name from its focus on retail properties and value-add deals. In early 2025 the firm was bought by Blackstone and taken private, ending its run as a publicly traded company.
