Revolution Healthcare Acquisition Corp.
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), also known as a "blank check" company, that was created in 2021 by the venture firms General Catalyst and ARCH Venture Partners to hunt for a private healthcare or life-sciences business to take public. It used an unusual "SAIL" structure designed to better align its founders' interests with everyday shareholders. Despite that inventive setup, the company never found a merger partner and ended up returning money to investors without completing a deal.
