Rice Midstream Partners LP
A master limited partnership that gathered and compressed natural gas and handled water for fracking in the Appalachian Basin's Marcellus and Utica shales, serving its parent sponsor and third-party producers. It was spun off in 2014 by Rice Energy, founded by three Rice brothers, who were the youngest management team in NYSE history to run two public companies. EQT acquired it in 2017, and it was folded into EQT Midstream Partners the next year.
