Calatlantic Group Inc

A U.S. homebuilder that put up houses and neighborhoods across dozens of markets, CalAtlantic Group was born in 2015 when two veteran builders, Standard Pacific Homes and Ryland Homes, merged into one company. Standard Pacific got its start in California in 1961, while Ryland was founded by James P. Ryan in Maryland in 1967, giving the combined firm nearly a century of building experience. The company was named Builder of the Year in 2016 and later folded into Lennar in 2018.
