Solv Energy, Inc.

A builder and caretaker of large-scale solar farms, battery storage sites, and high-voltage substations, SOLV Energy designs, constructs, and then maintains these power projects for utilities and other owners. It began in 2008 as Swinerton Renewable Energy, a division of a longtime construction firm, and was rebranded as SOLV Energy in 2021 after being bought by a private equity firm. The name is a play on the word "solve," chosen to reflect the company's mission of solving energy challenges.
