A provider of IT services, professional staffing, and consulting, helping both large corporations and U.S. federal agencies build and run their technology systems through brands like Apex Systems, ECS, and Creative Circle. It began in 1985 as On Assignment, Inc., a name that literally described its business of sending lab and technical professionals out to work "on assignment" at client sites. The company renamed itself ASGN in 2018 and is now rebranding as Everforth, a single parent brand uniting its seven subsidiaries.
