A cloud-based software platform built for tradespeople, ServiceTitan helps plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other home-service contractors run their businesses from one app—handling scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoicing, and payments. It was founded in 2007 by Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan, sons of immigrant contractors who watched their fathers wrestle with paper invoices and hand-drawn schedules after long days in the field. The name pairs "service" with "titan" to reflect the founders' goal of helping everyday trades businesses become giants in their industry.
