Shoulderup Technology Acquisition Corp

A special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed in 2021, ShoulderUp was created to find and merge with a technology or cybersecurity business. In 2025 it closed its deal with SEE ID, Inc., an asset-intelligence and IoT tracking startup that operates as Dot Ai, whose products help supply-chain and logistics businesses keep continuous, real-time tabs on their physical assets. The name comes from founder Phyllis Newhouse's nonprofit, ShoulderUp, which empowers women and carries the idea of shouldering the responsibility to lift others up.
