Silver Run Acquisition Corporation II
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, created by private investment firm Riverstone Holdings to find and buy an energy business. Led by James T. Hackett, former chief executive of Anadarko Petroleum, it merged in early 2018 with Oklahoma oil-and-gas producer Alta Mesa Holdings and pipeline operator Kingfisher Midstream, becoming Alta Mesa Resources. The "Silver Run" name was reused by Riverstone for a series of energy SPACs, the first merging with Centennial Resource Production in 2016.
Units consisting of Class A common stock and warrants — Delisted following completed business combination, renamed Alta Mesa Resources Inc.
