Social Leverage Acquisition Corp I
A blank-check company, or SPAC, created to take a private business public by merging with it, Social Leverage Acquisition Corp I was formed in Delaware in 2020 by Howard Lindzon, co-founder of the social investing platform StockTwits. It took its name from Lindzon's venture firm Social Leverage and hunted for a merger target in fintech, enterprise software, and consumer technology. After a planned tie-up with Web3 cloud firm W3BCLOUD fell through in 2023, the company liquidated.
