Solera Holdings Inc
A global technology company whose software, data, and digital tools track a vehicle's whole life — from insurance claims and collision estimates to repairs and fleet tracking — used by insurers, repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators. Founded in 2005 by Tony Aquila, it grew by acquiring Audatex, the German firm that created the world's first automated vehicle repair system in 1966. Its name comes from the Spanish winemaking "solera" method of blending aged spirits.
