Stratim Cloud Acquisition Corp
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, that raised money from public investors in 2021 with the goal of merging with a private technology business in fields like cloud infrastructure, security, and software. It was founded in 2020 by Sreekanth Ravi, the entrepreneur behind the security firm SonicWALL, and named "Stratim" after the venture firm run by its chief financial officer. The deal it pursued fell through and the company wound down, redeeming its shares and shutting down in 2023.
