Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc.

A Minneapolis-based airline that flies vacationers to warm-weather destinations across the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and also runs charter flights and cargo service for Amazon Air. It was founded in 1982 by former pilots and flight attendants from Braniff International Airways, which had collapsed that year, and its name reflects its original mission: helping Upper Midwesterners escape cold winters for "sun country" getaways.
