A Singapore-based business process outsourcing company that runs customer support, digital sales, and marketing services for technology and other large companies, blending human agents with AI tools. It was founded in 1995 by French entrepreneur Laurent Junique, who started it in his Singapore apartment and trained his first hires at a local Delifrance café. Originally named Teledirect, it later rebranded as TDCX—a blend of "Teledirect" and "Customer Experience."
