In 2023 it merged with Electriq Power, a maker of home and small-business energy storage and management systems, and the combined firm began trading as Electriq Power Holdings. It was backed by TLG Capital Management, and its merger gave Electriq a public listing to help roll out its battery storage products.
Redeemable warrants, each whole warrant exercisable for one share of Class A common stock at an exercise price of 1.50 per share (original), adjusted to .57 after merger with Electriq Power — Merged with Electriq Power (ELIQ) in August 2023. Warrants delisted November 2022 (TLGA WS), then December 2023 (ELIQ WS). Company filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy May 2024
