Tri Pointe Group Inc

A homebuilder that designs and sells single-family houses and neighborhoods across the US, from California and the Southwest to Texas, the Pacific Northwest, and the mid-Atlantic. Tri Pointe was founded in Irvine, California in 2009 by three industry veterans, and the "Tri" in its name nods to those three founders. It grew into a national player in 2014 by merging with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, folding in established regional brands like Pardee Homes and Quadrant Homes, and later consolidated everything under the single Tri Pointe name.
