Teavana Holdings, Inc.

A maker of premium loose-leaf teas, Teavana sold hundreds of tea varieties and teaware like cast-iron teapots through its mall-based stores across the US. Founded in 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia, by Andrew and Nancy Mack, it took its name as a blend of "tea" and "nirvana." Starbucks bought the chain in 2012 and later folded its teas into its coffeehouses.
