Technip Energies NV
A French engineering and technology company that designs and builds large-scale energy and chemical plants, from liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities to hydrogen and ethylene production units. It was born in 2021 when TechnipFMC — itself the product of a merger between France's Technip and America's FMC Technologies — split in two, with Technip Energies taking the project-engineering side. The "Technip" name traces back to 1958, when the French Petroleum Institute founded the original company as Compagnie Française d'Études et de Construction Technip.
