Interest Rate Risk
Our interest rate risk is described in Part II, Item 7A, "Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk" in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. At June 30, 2026, we had $125.4 million of cash and cash equivalents, which consisted of cash deposits and money market funds and $172.9 million of short-term investments, which consisted of commercial paper, asset backed securities, U.S. treasury and agency securities and corporate and Yankee bonds. The primary objectives of our investment activities are the preservation of capital, the fulfillment of liquidity needs and the fiduciary control of cash and investments. We do not enter into investments for trading or speculative purposes. Interest-earning instruments carry a degree of interest rate risk; however, a hypothetical 10% change in interest rates during any of the periods presented would not have had a material impact on our financial statements.
In July 2021, we entered into the Credit Agreement comprised of a $375.0 million Term Loan and a $50.0 million Revolving Credit Facility. From January to June 2026, interest rates on our Term Loan were between 6.48% and 6.58%. A one percentage point increase in the rate would not have a material impact on our financial statements.
Foreign Currency Exchange Risk
Our foreign currency exchange rate risk is described in Part II, Item 7A, "Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk" in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. At June 30, 2026, there have been no material changes to our foreign currency exchange rate risk as described in our 10-K.
