U.s. Concrete Inc.
A maker of ready-mixed concrete and heavy construction aggregates, U.S. Concrete supplied the building blocks for roads, bridges, and commercial projects across major metro areas in Texas, California, and the New York–New Jersey region. Founded in 1999 in Euless, Texas, it grew as a classic "roll-up," buying up dozens of family-owned ready-mix businesses in its early years. After emerging from bankruptcy in 2010, it was acquired by Vulcan Materials in 2021, ending its run as an independent company.
