A Houston-based oilfield services company that provides high-pressure hydraulic fracturing to oil and natural gas producers in the US. Founded in 2012, it pioneered electric fracking with its Clean Fleet® technology, replacing diesel engines with natural-gas-powered electric motors that cut emissions and noise at the wellsite. It went public through a SPAC merger in 2018 and was acquired by ProFrac Holding Corp. in 2022.
