Vision Sensing Acquisition Corp
A "blank check" company (technically a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC) set up to raise money on the stock market and then buy an existing business. Founded in 2021 in Miami, it aimed to snap up a company making vision sensing technology — hardware and software that lets machines "see," like image sensor chips and AI. Its name simply describes that goal. It pursued mergers with an Israeli chipmaker and later a Korean biotech firm, but neither deal closed, and in 2024 the company dissolved and returned leftover funds to its shareholders.
