Vivint Solar Inc

A residential solar company that designed, installed, and maintained rooftop solar panel systems for homeowners across the United States. It grew out of Vivint, the home security firm, and was launched in 2011 in Lehi, Utah, taking its name from the Latin word "vivere," meaning "to live." The company was acquired by rival Sunrun in 2020.
