Washington Prime Group Inc

A real estate investment trust that owns and runs shopping malls and open-air retail centers across the United States, leasing space to national chains and local shops. It was born in 2014 when mall giant Simon Property Group spun off its smaller properties into a separate company, which briefly went by the name WP Glimcher after buying Glimcher Realty Trust before returning to its original name. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2021 and emerged as a private firm.
