Effective June 1, 2026, Schulz entered a consulting services agreement with WESCO as a non-employee consultant until December 31, 2026, unless extended.

WESCO Distribution issued $650M of 5.250% senior notes due 2031 and $850M of 5.500% senior notes due 2034 on February 27, 2026.

Net proceeds are estimated at approximately $1.48 billion and will be used to redeem all outstanding 7.250% senior notes due 2028 and repay a portion of the ABL Facility.
